BreakScanPro is a stock market trendline break scanning tool that provides technical analysis data, AI-generated stock reports, market updates, and news monitoring. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
BreakScanPro does not provide financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional financial guidance. All information provided by the Service — including scan results, AI reports, market updates, and news alerts — is for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. We are not registered as a broker-dealer, investment advisor, or financial planner with any federal or state regulatory agency.
To access the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
The Service requires a paid subscription of $69.00 USD per month, billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
